A 1.5 kg in weight, even lighter than your femur. Anatomically, more than ¾ of it is just a water, as much as the water in your mineral water bottle. It’s not that special in structure, but it is special on the function. Simple to say that it’s only consist two things, of girus and sulcus, but it holds two things that it’s not as simple as the way we spoke it, life and death.
Some people use the existence of brain activity as a tool to define death, but then the existence of our brain is also the one that define our life. Brain is not a tool that simply accepts the stimuli, not as simple as occipital lobe do the visionary and temporal do the auditory, there is another important step, the processing of information.
If you see two trucks in front of you, you will evenly seeing it. But if you see a luxury Lamborghini and a truck in front of you, your brain sometime fake you and makes you focus on that Lamborghini only which make you see the Lamborghini nearer to your eyes and the truck is just somewhere else. Bur for the truck lover, he will focus on the truck. Some case goes to a class with one hundred people inside. 
When an outsider sees that class, he will see an ocean of people. But for some people on that class, the inexistency of a person make he see that class as quite as a room with none, it’s because your brain that fakes your vision. Some case goes to your auditory, a sound from someone that is being second to none for you can be sound as good as avril lavigne or any other famous singer. It’s your brain that acts on that and translate the meaning. Even your sense is faked. Its how a perception toward an object works.
Back to the Lamborghini and truck, perception not only works and determines our sense like visionary and auditory, it can works on the memory and emotion path. If you are the owner of that Lamborghini and you see there is a truck walk side by side with it. There will be hundreds of negative scenario that comes out from your mind which draw up that there is a possibility of your Lamborghini will be disturb by that truck. Scratched, bumped, drunk driver, the truck is exploded or even any irrelevant thought will come out. Some case goes to jealousy, like a truck, other people is a thread.
Perception may come from a social pressure and a doctrine, like a stereotype. But for an individual, it use to be because of love. When you love a pink color dress and you went to a store with only one pink color dress and the rest are black, you will only see that pink dress and not even take any attention to other dresses, like the case of a class with one hundred people inside. That’s how love modulates your perception. And that’s how it will modulate your sense. Because every stimulate that come and being transmitted to your brain will stop at that post called perception, and that’s how perception maker is that specific.
Yes, it is love, and it does matter.
